There’s a famous children book titled “Oh, the places you’ll go.” by Dr. Seuss. Dr. Seuss really made a name for himself and the world will forever remember his clever rhymes that enticed the mind to imagination.

Do you know who was bless with the ability to imagine? YOU! God gave you the free will to envision. I wonder in that creative world in your head if you ever stopped and ask yourself… Self where are you going? Or How will you get there? Do you dream of living a lifestyle that is contrary to the one you are existing in now? And something we do quite often, exempt ourselves “No… I won’t accumulate to this lifestyle, that car cannot be mine I don’t even have the money. My finances are not up there so I’ll just dream based on what I can afford.” Have these questions visited your mind somehow?

If so, you are in the right place because God has already mapped it out for you. Jeremiah came from a family of skillful men, God could have chosen anyone to speak and ordain as a Prophet to speak nations, but he chose Jeremiah. While he was a seed in his mother’s belly he was chosen. He declared many excuses, but that did not stop him from being hand-picked by God.

Here’s the tool: your concern should not be how am I going to get there, but more so where are you going? Activate your faith with works and trust God to order those steps and day by day the picture will become more clear.

Some of us are guilty of desiring to know all the steps, exits and whereabouts in the plan before we make a move. This is not faith, but fear. Fear will choke you to make you stay in one spot, but faith is moving. Faith is going in the uncertainty. Yes, the unknown is scary, but so is staying in one location.

Here are 4 tips on figuring out where you are going and help for the way.

  • Find out your purpose

This is imperative because identifying your purpose will help you stay on the right route. For example; A fashion designer is not interested in building automobiles they want to create timeless pieces for client’s to wear. More than likely the designer will take routes to accomplish that goal, nothing else.

  • Figure out who/which plan are you on?

Every phone service and insurance companies have plans. You must know who plan you’re rolling with. Are you doing your own thing? Did you throw God’s assignment for you out the window? Or are you believing God for your outcome? These questions will check your motives. The Lord told Abraham to go out from his father’s house and in doing so, he’ll become the Father of many nations. Due to his obedience God entrusted him and filled his life with plenty blessings.

  • Acknowledgement = right standing.

Proverbs 3: 6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy path. The ways of the Lord are straight there’s no crooked spots, but I want to encourage you in this; you will encounter some crooked areas along the way, but acknowledge him. Make God the head in your decision makings and he will lead you in the way that’s pure and righteous.

  • Got any cares? Give them to Jesus!

We as humans love to worry. We worry about outcomes, exams, tests, meetings, love life, finance and more, but on your journey with Christ don’t think so much. This is easier than done, but you have the power to conquer! Stop trying to figure everything out all at once and simply move. Do what God has told you to do for his name sake. Relax and most important rely on him always!

Have you ever thought about adding a
little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is fundamental and everything.

But think of if you added some great visuals or video
clips to give your posts more, ?pop?! Your content is excellent but with
images and videos, this blog could definitely be one of the greatest in its field.

    Very good blog!
